The SPMS Music Boosters extends our condolences to those within our community affected by the fires. To help with efforts to support SPUSD teachers, staff, and families who have lost their homes, we will continue to post updated information about fundraisers and collections in our community. The following is a list of fundraisers for SPUSD students and staff who have lost their homes by the recent fires. The list has been compiled by community members. Mark your calendars for Saturday, January 25, 2025! Our choir, orchestra, and band students will be attending a special workshop at Disneyland, combining music education with a day of fun. The trip includes a workshop and a one-park ticket to Disneyland.
Students should arrive at SPMS by 6:45 AM for a 7:30 AM departure (subject to change based on Disney’s workshop schedule). After an unforgettable day, we’ll board buses at 8:30 PM and return to SPMS by 9:45 PM.
Students should pack a lunch or bring money for food.
The Music Boosters would like to thank the Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts for their generous grant, which makes transportation for this trip possible and supports our SPMS Music programs!

Join Us for the Winter Concert and Hallelujah Chorus Sing-Along!
Our talented students are ready to dazzle you with solos, group performances, a live band, and a full orchestra. Enjoy a festive evening with hot chocolate in the SPMS auditorium starting at 6:30 pm.
Come early at 6:00 pm if you’d like to join our cherished tradition: a Hallelujah Chorus sing-along! Practice tracks and sheet music are available below, and we’ll have music folders on hand at the event.

Donate to the music programs today!
We also would like to extend our thanks to all of the families who have donated to the Music Boosters. We aim to help inspire students, assist the music teachers, seek out new student performance opportunities, expand the music program, and provide bonding activities for music students.
Donations to SPMS Music Boosters provides funding for instrument purchase and repairs, sheet music, sound and lighting equipment, music teaching specialists, performance apparel, transportation for field trips as well as equipment maintenance.
The SPMS Music Boosters Board would like to thank everyone for their support. We have started collecting donations on behalf of all of the music programs at SPMS as well as the fifth grade bands at each of our wonderful elementary schools. If you haven’t donated yet please consider supporting our programs. Every dollar makes a difference.
